Activities

Which activity will your child enjoy most while learning a language? We have been organising classes in different languages in hip hop, yoga, music, arts&crafts, ballet, dance, football, martial arts. To build an engaging experience our classes also include arts & crafts, music, games, drama and stories. Your child will  learn, explore other cultures & make new friends.

Grandmaster Raúl has over 35 years of Martial Arts practice. Being just a little boy of 7 years he used to dedicate 6 days of the week to practicing and perfecting his skills in Kenpo Karate. Thanks to hard work, determination and dedication Raúl became the youngest Black Belt in his home country of Chile at the age of 13.

Achieve harmony with Natalia Krause of The harmonious moment-um Harmony with Movement, Mindfulness & Music. She is a qualified teacher of Chen Tai Chi in the lineage of Sifu Wang Hai Jun, an important contemporary Chinese master. Chen Tai Chi is a beautiful art and a way of living, harmonizing internal with external, an ancient Chinese discipline involving a continuous series of controlled usually slow movements designed to improve physical and mental well-being.

For thousands of years, the Chinese have been using simple flowing movements, breathing and 
concentration to achieve 
mental, emotional and physical balance.   This exercise is called Tai Chi.

Children of all ages love the movements imitating animals and nature.   Everywhere in the world children love the relaxation, imitation, visualization and imagination involved in Tai Chi. It feels good inside and out.

What is Tai Chi? ...
The practice of Tai Chi helps to reduce blood pressure, anxiety, mood swings and depression.  Children balance and flexibility improve.  They become healthier by enhancing the immune system. Studies  show a relationship between physical activity and development of self-esteem. This is true for elementary aged children, adolescents and adults.
